About Us
Solace Consulting has over 35 years of experience in real estate and urban planning including right of way and site acquisition, land development, municipal approvals and government relations. We work with many large corporations and have comprehensive experience with large scale infrastructure projects including telecommunications, power transmission & energy, transportation and transit and industrial projects.
Mr. Robin Comfort is the Managing Director at Solace Consulting Inc. with experience in real estate and urban planning including; right of way and site acquisition, land development, municipal relations, permitting and approvals. He has led and managed various large scale right of way and site acquisition projects including national fibre optic and wireless network builds that have required the procurement of rights of way and land through the negotiation of fee simple, licences, leases, easements, municipal access agreements, permits and approvals needed for the installation of various types of infrastructure.
At the moment we are the lead consultant to Tribal Partners helping with their project needs.
